Yes, I have public and product insurance and I also hold a food business licence through Moreton Bay Regional Council. I would be happy to provide you or your function venue with a copy of my certificates of currency on request, and you will be able to see the licence displayed upon pickup of your order.
You should always check to make sure your baker holds a food business licence and is insured. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the final 50% is to be paid 7 days before pick up upon final confirmations. If you cancel with more than 7 days written notice, I will be more than happy to reschedule or credit towards another event date (pending availability within a year of booking). 
I understand sometimes things don't go to plan, so if for some reason you can't celebrate on your original date, I'm happy to reschedule your cake for one other time within a year of your booking.

I can deliver to areas within South East Queensland including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Maleny, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Scenic Rim. Please note that deliveries are only provided for orders over $200 and delivery will be charged according to the distance, tolls and time and will be provided with your quote. 

As much as you can give me, but ideally a minimum of 2 weeks so you don't miss out on a booking, and I have time to order any extras that you might like.
