How to transport cake

Once the cake is in your possession, it is YOUR responsibility. Moar Cupcakes takes no responsibility for the order once it is in your hands.

Please take some time to look through the following tips on making sure your cake makes it to your event:

  • Pickups will be organised at a prearranged time in the morning, afternoon or evening so as to avoid the Queensland sun.
  • Ensure there’s room in your fridge for your goodies before collecting - they don't like to be left out.
  • Turn up the air conditioning in your car on your way to collect, and make sure you have space on the front passenger floor to store your goodies. The front passenger floor is typically the flattest part of the vehicle and there will generally be less movement here (cakes don't enjoy sharing space with handbags or empty coffee cups).
  • Do not have the cake sit on anyone's lap for the drive - safety first.
  • No pit stops - cakes don't like to be kept waiting and will have a meltdown if you leave them alone in the car.
  • Put the cake in the fridge once you get home until 30 minutes prior to serving.
